Team members from different regions

Can the team members be from different regions, say APAC and North America? What will be the regional eligibility for such a case?

  Hi there. Team members may be from different regions. The project will be automatically entered into the region of residence of the submitter. Per the rules, you will need to select a team delegate responsible for submitting the project and distributing potential prizes.
