Do we need to only use the back-facing camera, or the front-facing camera as well?
The description on the home page https://snaplensathon.devpost.com/ states the following:
"Use the power of Lens Studio to build World AR (back-facing camera) experiences"
Are we not allowed to use the front-facing camera? No laptop webcams either?

I'm guessing not. There's too many selfie lenses, I would imagine part of the reason for this hackathon is to get more world lenses.

Hi there,
The requirement for eligibility is to use the back-facing camera. Front-facing lenses will not be qualified to be judged. Good luck!

I have a quick question regarding the rules : we are working on a World AR experience for the Interactive Play category.
However, we were wondering if it was allowed for the experience to include an optional selfie mechanic at some point, although the World AR would naturally be the major part of the experience and gameplay.

Hi Patrick. With the front being optional; as long as the Lens has back-facing, it will be eligible. Best of luck!
